We arrive at a time that works with your inspection or listing timeline, Monday to Friday, with weekend work by arrangement. Tell us your deadline and we schedule around it. Our crew does all the lifting, carrying and loading from every room in the property, so there is nothing for the agent, property manager or landlord to handle on the day.

Once everything is out we sweep through the property so it is left clean and clear. Reusable furniture goes to charity partners. Metals, e-waste and cardboard are recycled. The rest is disposed of responsibly. You pay the quoted price, nothing more, and the property is ready for the photographer or the next tenant.
