Rubbish Removal in Toorak
Toorak keeps Rob and the crew on their toes. Toorak properties often involve the kind of logistics you don’t get in a standard suburban job: gated driveways, long approaches to the main building, security requirements, and in some cases multiple outbuildings or basement storage areas that have never been cleared. Estate clearances from the large homes on the tree-lined avenues can run to several truck loads over a day or two. At the Toorak Village end, retail tenancy strip-outs and apartment renovations off Williams Road are the more common call. We are Prahran-based, about 10 minutes away, and well practised at working around whatever access requirements the property has.
Access is the thing we plan around in Toorak. A lot of the driveways are gated, and some need a sign-in or a set arrival time, so we check how to get in before we head over. The older homes have narrow side paths and lovely gardens we’re careful around. For the apartments, we book the lift and a loading spot ahead of time. We carry and load by hand, so nothing gets marked on the way out.
We handle the full range of household, office and commercial rubbish in Toorak: furniture, whitegoods, mattresses, e-waste, renovation rubble, garage clear-outs and deceased estate clearances. We do all the lifting and loading, leave the area clean and sorted, and recycle wherever possible. No skips, no tip runs, no fuss.
Since 2008 we have diverted over 320,000 kg from landfill through our Prahran-based recycling and donation partnerships. Metals, timber, e-waste and reusable items from every Toorak job are sorted and directed to the right facilities rather than straight to landfill.

Helen D
Robert and his team did a magnificent job clearing a crowded house and five crowded sheds. Not an inch spared in any of the truck loads! Robert is a total professional and a pleasure to deal with. Note – just had Robert and the team complete another rubbish removal. This time all the waste from bathroom renovations. Same excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased.

Robert’s service is excellent and he is a very professional and polite person. He found old photos and memorabilia when clearing out furniture from our vacant house and saved them for us, otherwise they would have been thrown out. I definitely recommend him.

Rob and his colleague were efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced against all other removal providers. He was prompt to quote, organise a day and removed the items I needed gone. Highly recommend It’s Done Rubbish Removal! Thanks Rob & Mooch for the help. Nabi

Hard Rubbish Collection in Toorak
City of Stonnington
Toorak is part of the City of Stonnington, which schedules two hard waste collections per year for residents, typically one in autumn and one in spring. Enter your address on the Stonnington council website to find your street’s dates. Each item must weigh under 20 kg and the combined total cannot exceed five cubic metres. Businesses, large apartment buildings and properties on main roads need to arrange a separate booking with the council, which is only available during the standard collection periods. It is a solid free option for planned clearouts when you have lead time. If you need your rubbish sorted today, or your load falls outside the council’s accepted items or volume, It’s Done is ready to help when you call.
Can’t wait for the council collection?
Stonnington’s hard waste is a great free service, but it only runs twice a year on fixed dates. It’s Done removes rubbish in Toorak when you call, with no volume cap and no wait.
