We arrive at the agreed time with the truck and crew needed for the load. Whether the clean-up starts during pack-down, the same night the event finishes or the following morning before a venue reopens, we work to the deadline you give us. Our team does all the loading, including bulky staging and furniture, from indoor halls and outdoor parks alike.

Once the site is cleared we do a final sweep so you can hand it back to the venue, council or landowner in clean condition. Back at base we sort the load, separating bottles, cans and cardboard for recycling before the remainder is disposed of responsibly. You pay the price we quoted, nothing more.

We work to your bump-out window: during pack-down while the event is still winding up, the same night it finishes, or the following morning before a venue reopens for its next booking. We confirm the access time with you well in advance so it is locked into the run sheet and does not delay a venue handover or council site return.
Most event clean-ups cover bottles, cans and food packaging; marquees, staging, tables, chairs and event furniture; signage, banners, pull-up displays and decorations; and mixed general waste, cardboard and pallets. If there is anything unusual about the waste your event generates, mention it when you book and we will confirm we can take it.
We cannot accept asbestos, hazardous chemicals or tyres. Almost everything else generated by a festival, market, expo or function is within scope. If you are unsure about a particular material, call (03) 9820 1927 and Rob will advise before the booking is confirmed.
We are Prahran-based and cover Melbourne’s inner south and east as a priority, including parks, ovals, function centres, exhibition venues and outdoor sites from South Yarra and St Kilda through to Hawthorn and Richmond.
