Melbourne commercial & industrial clear-outs
Industrial equipment and stock removal, done fast
Businesses end up with old machinery, broken equipment, dead stock and shop fittings taking up valuable floor space. It’s Done is a Prahran-based, family-run crew, and we clear industrial equipment and old stock across Melbourne’s inner south and east, Monday to Friday. Most jobs are done in a single visit.
You don’t need your staff lifting heavy gear. We bring the crew to carry out the machinery, fittings and stock, load it, and sweep up, and we can work around your trading hours or to a lease deadline.
Most of it is metal, so very little needs to go to landfill. We recycle the steel and metal and donate usable stock and fittings where we can. You get a fixed, upfront price before we start.
What industrial equipment we take
If it’s commercial or industrial gear, we’ll clear it. The usual stuff:
A single old machine or a full warehouse of dead stock, we’ll clear it. We work around your trading hours and to a lease deadline. Metal goes to recyclers and usable stock and fittings are donated where we can.
How it works
Three steps, from your call to a cleared space.
-
Call (03) 9820 1927 or send the form with a photo of what needs to go. Rob gives you an upfront, no-obligation price, usually within a couple of hours, so you know the cost before anyone turns up.
-
We turn up at a time that suits your business, Monday to Friday, bring the crew to carry out the machinery, fittings and stock, and work around your trading hours.
-
Once it’s loaded we sweep up and you pay the price we quoted. Metal goes to recyclers and usable stock and fittings are donated where we can, so little ends up in landfill.
Why choose It’s Done?

Straight to the team
You deal with Rob directly, not a call centre. Call Rob, your local team.
Recycled & donated
Metal recycled and usable stock and fittings donated, so less goes to landfill.
We do the lifting
Stairs, tight hallways, awkward doorways. You point, we carry it out.
What does industrial equipment removal cost?
We price by the space the load takes up in the truck, not by the hour. A small job costs less than a full truck load, and you’ll know the figure before we lift anything.
Send a quick photo or tell Rob what needs to go, and you’ll get a fixed, upfront quote that covers the lift, the load and the recycling. Quotes are free with no obligation. Get a quote below.

Rob and his colleague were efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced against all other removal providers. He was prompt to quote, organise a day and removed the items I needed gone. Highly recommend It’s Done Rubbish Removal! Thanks Rob & Mooch for the help. Nabi
