You don’t need to lug any of it out. We carry the heavy gym gear, the treadmills and the bikes out of the shed or spare room, load them, and sweep up. From a single old bike to a whole home gym.
Most of this is metal, so very little needs to go to landfill. We recycle the steel and metal and donate anything still usable. You get a fixed, upfront price before we start.

We turn up at a time that suits you, Monday to Friday or weekends by arrangement, and carry the heavy treadmills, weights and bikes out of the shed or spare room, so you don’t lift a thing.

Once it’s loaded we sweep up and you pay the price we quoted. Steel and metal go to recyclers and anything still usable is donated, so little ends up in landfill.
