Rubbish Removal Melbourne CBD: Reliable & Local

Rubbish Removal in Melbourne CBD

Rubbish removal in the Melbourne City Centre is a different job to anywhere else we work. The Hoddle Grid’s high-rise apartment towers mean loading dock bookings, elevator time slots and body corporate sign-offs before we can even start loading. Office strip-outs on the upper commercial floors add their own scheduling complexity, and laneway access rules make vehicle placement something you plan around rather than assume. Rob and the crew are based in Prahran, about 15 minutes from the CBD, and we navigate the apartment and office logistics every week. Call for a free quote and we’ll sort the access coordination so you don’t have to.

Access here is all about the buildings. Nearly every job runs through a loading dock and lift, and we pre-book both, since the basements are often height-limited and we check the truck fits. The main streets are tram routes with clearways and no standing, so the narrow ‘Little’ streets and laneways are how we get in. Metered parking is tight and event road closures pop up often, so we plan the run before we turn up. We do these jobs every week, so none of it holds us up.

We handle the full range of household, office and commercial rubbish in the Melbourne CBD: furniture, whitegoods, mattresses, e-waste, office fitout waste, renovation rubble, apartment clear-outs and deceased estate cleanups. We coordinate loading dock and elevator access, do all the lifting and loading, sweep up, and sort for recycling wherever possible. No skips, no tip runs.

Since 2008 we have diverted over 320,000 kg from landfill through our Prahran-based recycling and donation partnerships. Metals, timber, e-waste and reusable furniture from CBD apartment and office clearouts are sorted and directed to the right facilities rather than to landfill.
